d. To guide the development of products and services to meet those needs;
e. To Coordinate and compensate marketing efforts; and
f. To protect access to Propel CPA software and track violations of our License Agreement.
3. We use reasonable efforts to ensure that information in our custody is accurate, complete, and current.
4. We are responsible for information in our custody, and use organizational, technological, and physical safeguards to prevent loss and unauthorized use. When required, we ensure that data is destroyed in a highly secure manner.
5. We require our outside service providers to conform to policies that are consistent with our privacy policy, and provide an appropriate level of protection to information that we may supply to them.
6. The overall responsibility for ensuring our compliance with data privacy laws and this privacy policy rest with our Privacy Officer.
